How a project works.
Prior to Placing an Order
Your Responsibility:
Choose the appropriate CD package for your needs. Take a look at the different options and choose what is best for your application. If you are not the person who will be designing the disc label and any other artwork such as inserts, we suggest you consult with this person at this time. It can save you from selecting the wrong options for printing.
Be sure to download and complete our anti-piracy forms and the appropriate templates for your project. Also be sure to review our disc label and printed materials specifications.
After reviewing all of the information you downloaded, get your master and artwork files together and ready to ship. Our templates must be used. Failure in submitting the proper templates accurately will result in the stoppage of your project. We suggest double-checking all of your files before sending them because assistance in adjusting your files will cost an additional $90/hour.
Our Responsibility:
Work everyday to increase the value of our products and improve our customer satisfaction.
