Once you select the Packaging you want, choose the appropriate number of CDs (or DVDs) you want for your project. The following page will give you details about that product and will provide you with available options.

Adding the product to your cart.
When you are done selecting any options, choose the quantity you desire and click "Add To Cart." After you add this project to your cart, you may shop for additional projects for the same order. If you are done shopping, simply click Checkout which is found at the top of every page.

Creating an account.
To Checkout with CDCentric.com, you'll need to have a CDCentric Account. We require this free account because we will need to communicate with you during the creation of your project. We send you notifications of changes in your project's status. This same information is stored online in Your Account.

Having an account also makes checking out easier in the future because we store you primary shipping and billing address on a secure server. We never store credit card information.

The checkout process.
After logging in or creating a new account, the checkout process will require you to review or modify the shipping and billing address. Remember, CDCentric provides free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. After that, you will enter your payment method. Once you submit your order, you a screen will appear with confirmation that your credit card was billed successfully. If there was a problem with your payment, a screen will ask you to try again.

Email invoice and directions.
An email is automatically sent to you as a receipt of your order and contains directions and helpful tips for you sending us your materials. Please make sure to use a valid email address for your account.

Re-ordering a project.
CDCentric.com offers a 10% discount on all project re-orders. To receive the 10% discount, the project must be identical to the first order. That means we will use the same glass master for your replication, the same art files for your label design and printed materials, and the same type of packaging. You may change the quantity of CDs/DVDs that you order. To re-order, simply access Your Account and visit the Order History page.
